- Personal message [if different from our standard message]
- Property photos, one main plus up to 3 additional [100 + KB size min.]
- Property address, property details/description, price
- Minimum order of 100
- Mailing list. Excel spreadsheet consisting of Name, Address, City/Town, State, Zip Code. [In most cases, these lists can be provided to you from your local Title Company. Just let them know the address of your property and the number of surrounding addresses you would like to have your cards sent to.
- Payment is required on acceptance of proof, and prior to printing and mailing.
