- Using your photo, logos, personal contact info, and property information, we will custom design a personalized postcard, to showcase both yourself and the property you are representing.
- You approve proof prior to printing.
- Each 8½" X 5½" postcard is printed in full color on a high-quality card stock.
- Once printed, we will mail your postcards on your behalf directly to your mailing list.
The program is "super user friendly," and our prices are beyond compare.
Pricing: Only $0.90 each, or $0.50 per card if shared with your lender. (Exclusive Feature). Includes "Standard Bulk Mail Postage." No setup fees. No design/layout fees. No contracts.
WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU...
- Your photo and logo (100 + KB file size min.)
- All contact info. You would like to have included. i.e Name, Title, Company Name, Address. Optional: Phone number, Email Address, Web Address.
- Personal message (if different from our standard message).
- Property photos, one main plus up to 3 additional (100 + KB size min).
- Property address, property details/description, price.
- Minimum order of 100.
Mailing list: Excel® spreadsheet consisting of Name, Address, City/Town, State, Zip Code. (In most cases, these lists can be provided to you from your local Title Company. Just let them know the address of your property and the number of surrounding addresses you would like to have your cards sent to.
