HOW IT WORKS:
The "Client Appreciation Postcard Program" is an affordable ongoing program designed to keep you in constant contact with your database. Each month a local restaurant, venue or merchant is featured who provides an outstanding offer for you to send to your database.
Our design team creates a beautiful custom designed direct mail piece each month to showcase both you and the special offer. Each 8½" x 5½" postcard is printed in full color on a high-quality card stock. Using your photo, logos and personal contact info, we will provide you with a custom designed, personalized postcard which is printed and mailed on your behalf directly to your mail list each month, ensuring constant contact with your clients and potential clients with no effort from you.
Pricing: Best price anywhere. Only $0.90 each, or $0.50 per card if shared with your lender. (Exclusive Feature). Includes "Standard Bulk Mail Postage." No setup fees. No design/layout fees. No contracts.
WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU:
- Minimum order of 100 cards is required.
- Email your database, high resolution photo and logo, all contact info you want included, and personal message [If different from our standard message], to Pat Quinn at patquinnboise@gmail.com. If you have questions, you can call him: (208) 870- 5975.
- We will then design a proof based on the information you have provided. Once approved, your card will be printed and mailed to the mailing list provided.
- We will then bill you directly. Payment can be made using your credit or debit card, directly from the invoice.
- If you edit your database send your updated database to Pat as necessary.
- We will contact you each month to let you know about each upcoming "Special Offer." Please remember that you need to order cards each month. The system will not do so automatically.
- There are no contracts to sign. This is a free-flowing program, allowing you to choose at will.
- If you would prefer to "Set It... And Forget It," we would be happy to do so. Please let us know, and we will automatically send you a proof each month of the "Special Offer."
